NEWS: THURSDAY LESSON- JESUS IS CENTRAL

The book of First JOHN is interesting because it gives us highlights of the Christian faith and life. It was written to counter a belief system becoming prevalent during the days of St. John the Beloved Disciple. A false teaching that spread in the late first century called Gnosticism believed all matter was evil, and that Jesus was not a material (flesh) being and it was infiltrating some of the churches. John dispels that by saying, "I was there...I saw Him in the flesh and witnessed His life..."
In our faith JESUS IS CENTRAL. That's the title of our lesson.

What defense do you have in case someone tries to disprove your faith and the Lord Jesus?

Join us this Thursday!

We will also have Communion during the gathering before the Breakaway.
