We had 20 people in our Gathering last night. We missed a number of people who had their hands full- work, school, etc. We missed a whole bunch of our Americans last night because of car trouble. Nevertheless, the Lord was present in our study last night and used Pastor Chris Legaspi to share God's Word with us- LIVING WITH ASSURANCE!

NEXT WEEK- SERIES BREAK
We will introduce a new activity for our group. Once in a while, we will be having our THE BIBLE AT THE MOVIES night. When we will watch a movie- either old or new, and discern some of the values presented, theological implications and lessons we can learn from the movie in the light of the Bible.
On Thursday, we will be watching 13 GOING ON 30 starring Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo. The movie appears to be a chick-flick, but I'm pretty sure all of us will learn many things from it in the light of the Bible. The movie runs approximately 1 hour and 38 minutes, and we will break into groups for discussion for about 45 minutes more. Discussion Questions will be distributed to BG Leaders early next week.
